ESN UNI HELSINKI GOES TO CAT RESCUE CENTRE

Ever wondered what happens to stray cats after they’ve been captured? What can be done to prevent people abandoning their pets?
Now it is time to raise awareness and find more about the less fortunate pets!

ESN Uni Helsinki organises a visit to the Cat Rescue Centre in East Pakila, Helsinki (Yhdyskunnantie 11). The event takes place on the 22nd of March at 17.00 and will take around an hour.

We will have a tour and a presentation by HESY (the Helsinki Society for Animal Protection) about their work that aims to protect all kinds of animals and to find new homes for pets. After that, you'll have some time to spent with the cats.

PLEASE NOTE, that we will organise a common take off from the city centre and will meet at 16.15

The event has a limit of 23 people. Pöease note, that exchange and International students from the University of Helsinki have first priority.

REGISTRATION link will be published in the Facebook event on 15th of March at 15.00

This event is part of our SocialErasmus project.
